Niesaam Kellerman, founding member of Multicom Communications, has spent in excess of 15 years with unions such as Touwu, BCAWU and Federation NACTU and has seen the need for effective representation as most employers are under serviced and over charged. Mr. Kellerman holds a National Diploma in Labour Relations Practice, a Certificate in Employment Law and a course in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management and Transformation.

History has proven that many companies often became victims due to their lack of understanding the complexities of the LRA ( Labour Relations Act). Unlike criminal law, the labour law is not static. The relationship / contractual agreement between employer & employee is the starting point for labour law rules and because employers do not always get this right the first time round, it becomes a "boxing match" before it's even started.
