Niesaam Kellerman, founding member of Multicom Communications, has spent in excess of 15 years with unions such as Touwu, BCAWU and Federation NACTU and has seen the need for effective representation as most employers are under serviced and over charged. Mr. Kellerman holds a National Diploma in Labour Relations Practice, a Certificate in Employment Law and a course in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management and Transformation.

The relationship / contractual agreement between employer & employee is the starting point for labour law rules and because employers do not always get this right the first time round, it becomes a "boxing match" before it's even started. 

At Multicom, we believe that the remedy lies with training the management and staff about the do's and don’ts, thereby enhancing their relationship to ensure fruitful human capacity achieved.
